Pathetic service

Yesterday I went at vodacom shop in greenstone mall. There were 3 ladies. when I entered the shop, I was welcomed by one of the ladies. I informed her that I wanted to make a swim swap I had my ID and proof of residence. She asked me 5 numbers I regularly call using airtime. I informed her that I usual use whats app data not airtime, I don't call I buy data only. She said I must buy airtime not to use third party. I begged to her to use my ID and proof of my residence. she further asked the type of the phone that was ****** I informed her. she said I should go home and collect my phone box she want my phone imei. I was very disappointed I have been using vodacom since 2015
