Pathetic Service
We have a business contract for our wifi. We have been without service for 4 days. We get pushed from one person to another. We have spent hours on the fone trying to get some assistance but to no avail. Nobody at Vodacom is competent enough to assist with the problem. We have 5 different contracts with Vodacom, we have been loyal customers for years and we do not deserve such pathetic service. We cannot wait for our contracts to end so that we can join MTN. Disgusting and pathetic service Vodacom
