Pathetic service

You guys are behaving like such a rookie company with very silly and pathetic service.

I’ve been in contact with your offices, being taken from one department to another with no one actually resolving my query or assisting me. You guys deal with people every single day but it’s as if you are new at this. I shouldn’t have to do unnecessary run arounds in order to be assisted.

I’d like to be urgently assisted. If it is so difficult to do, let us know so we can seek assistance from other service providers. This is so distasteful.
