Pathetic service

There customer care service is pathetic. For almost a hear after requesting my insurance to be canceled they continued to debit insurance funds and when I queried it with the customer I dealt with Mogho Team leader as well as various other agents. They claim they have to log a call and will get back to me. It's been a week and when I followed up on the call logged I was told by Martha a different Team Leader that there is no Resolution for my query. This is utterly pathetic how a bunch of con artists are working in customer service. Never take out any contacts at Vodacom there customer care service is putrid.
