Pathetic Service

The worst experience ever! Purchased an online product, it never got delivered! Called after sales department three times, to only find that my order is cancelled without my consent or consultation. Called the online sales department to try and get a new purchase, twice, details taken, got cut off each time with no one bothering to call me back! Worst worst service ever!
