Pathetic Serivce, STAY AWAY!!!!. They try and keep you randsom and refuse to cancel your Contract that expired more than 1 year ago

Pathetic SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! This issue has been going on since Dec 2022. Vodacom up to today refuse to solve my issue, which I have already posted last year on Hellopeter. I have been on the phone again today with no service at all. They refuse to cancel my service so I can go over to MTN as I want keep my number. They say I must wait for another 30days, although I have been waiting since January 2023 to cancel my service. Vodacom, supply a contract to my old company that no longer do any business or have a valid bank account. I have been telling them this since Jan 2023. The contract end date was 31 January 2023 and we now sit on 27 Feb 2024. The account is also in credit so Vodacom actually owes me money.
