Pathetic self service ****

I dont normally have something bad to say about Vodacom, but the self help customer service is really pathetic. You get sent to an absolutely retarted chatbot Tobi that cant help you with your issue. It asks you "are you trying to get assistance with ***X?" You say yes and it takes you to the main screen to buy airtime or data. Phone again and try to get through to a real human, it goes through and its silent. Try again, same problem. Try to use the vodacom app? Dont get me started, worts app Vodacom has ever had. "We've sent you an SMS". An SMS that never arrives, cant do **** on the app because i can verify myself.
