pathetic & poor service

World, I'm still wating for Vodacom to sort me out with my problem up untill today nothing received from them only the Autoreply message after I wrote my review about them.

Vodacom, there's someone who open a contract service with my name to you and theres nomey involved and deductions from my account yet you still quiete and do nothing about that.

Is there any assistance you'll offer to me or should I escalate this matter to higher uthourities?
