Pathetic poor horrible customer service

First ticket logged 18 January 2024 closed off SR*** no Help/No feedback, Second ticket logged SR*** no Help/No feedback, Third ticket logged SR*** no Help/No feedback, Forth ticket logged SR*** no help/no feedback, Fifth ticket logged SR*** no help/no feedback. All I wanted to do was cancel this Fibre contract, Retentions office must be proud to have retained my contract to allow *********** agents to lie and manipulate me into believing that they really want to help me get the 250mbps package I asked to be moved to from 100mbps, Promises made by Urlick and Brian that they would escalate and ensure that my speed issues are sorted, suggestions made that the router I'm using should possibly be upgraded at no charge to see if this would resolve the issue. Vodacom Tech coming on site to check and confirmed after testing from the fibre box that the package is still on 100mbps. All my tickets logged closed off and my internet connection far worse then it was on 100mbps, kindly advise who do I need to suck up to to get you to assist and get the matter resolved, there clearly aint no managers to assist because when asking to speak to one with the hope that the matter gets resolved your agents find all possible reasons to not transfer me to one, Im tired of calling your useless *** number because one agents blames other agents of not wanting to help and just wanting to get clients of the phone and out of their hair and no one listening to any of my complaints to assist me for what I am being billed for. I am very patient but believe me when I say come Friday 23rd of Feb and no one has assisted me with either a router upgrade and got my speed to 250mbps my call will be with your cancellations department, your retention officers will be sworn at if they even try and keep my contract, the two cell phone contracts I have will be next in line and then I will have peace of mind knowing I got rid of a cancer called vodacom who thrives on over promise and under deliver
