Pathetic poor customer service

I took out contract with Vodacom on the 12/07/23 till date I have not had an active connection

No one bothers to contact me and inform me what is happening. Stories after stories everyday. No direct contact with Vumatel

I am so fed up with the poor service vodacom has lately its annoying. I wanted to cancel the contract no one wants to assist in cancellation

Would never recommend it to anyone. For your own sanity do not go with Vodacom Fibre pathetic service
