Pathetic pathetic - useless company

Hi,

Can someone assist me once again with the issues of me having to upgrade... I went to a vodacom shop to do a upgrade once again, I was told no o cannot upgrade due to my scoring! I had this same issue last year and they told me they have sorted this out... once again a valued paying customer is disappointed again by the big corporate companies! I logged a call to have it reviewed the 27th july and the consultant at the shop and retensions told metheny would get back to me on monday... today is saturday and still to this date I have not receieved any feedback from both people... again on the phone today with vodacom upgrades and I am being pushed from one department to the next... no service and no help! I spend R3000 a month on my cell phone Bill's a month! How can I constantly have this issue! I couldn't even take out a new contract for 150 rand!
