PATHETIC- NO STAFF IN VODACOM
Truly the worst company ever!!! No matter what IVR option you chose on prepaid or on contract, you are referred to a BOT- NOT AN ACTUAL HUMAN!!! There is NO option to speak to an actual person and then the call drops on you!!! Tried 7 different options before coming to write this review!!!
