Pathetic network

Im really not sure with whats happening with vodacom lately today i had to go somewhere left my cellc phone took the vodacom as i trust the network is always available and im currently job hunting when i get home there is a missed call on my cellc number when i call them back they said they were calling me for a job interview and they put someone else in my place because they kept calling me on my vodacom number and it was engaged but the signal was always there and my phone was never off again now im calling a friend his telling me that he tried to call me aswell it was ingaged how great guys i have lost a job because of you guys, you guys are pathetic and im wondering why have I been a loyal customer for 10 years
