Pathetic insurance offering - never get through to claims department
Vodacom insurance is an absolute *******. Please avoid at all costs. I have had a simple screen cracked claim and cannot get through to the claims department consistently. I have been on hold for 20 minutes only to learn that the system is offline. Could it ever be more cliché???
Rather buy your insurance elsewhere.
