Pathetic incompitent

My husband went to Vodashop for upgrade which required sim swop. He was there on the 3/01/2016 for the first time. Twice during the week and we were there for 4 hours AGAIN. Numerous phone calls, drives back and forth to Kolonnade, numerous emails. NOTHING. Everytime he phones there's someone saying to email documents. Shaun is of no help. The phone line in Vodashop is always ringing for 5 mins with no answer. Even call centre can't reach them. Check on your system how many times we've contacted you via any means of communication. This is the worst service and outlet by FAR. Will never do any upgrades nor buy anything from them and will also tell everyone not to support them. It's ridiculous how easy it is to do a sim swop but it obviously is not for the staff in this shop. Laid back, nonchalant, don't care attitudes.
