Pathetic *********** Service

For more than month and too many calls to Vodacom too remember, i still have a smart phone that:

1. Cannot make Phone calls

2. Send or recieve sms's

3. Send or recieve e-Mails

4. Log onto the Internet

5. Connect to social media

6. Sometimes, if i am Very Lucky, i will be able to recieve a phone call.

7. Unable to load (top-up) air time and or data.

8. Use the allocated monthly airtime and data, as per the contract

So in fact i have a very expensive paper weight.

When the monthly bill is due, i have to pay for a service that i do not have, according to the contact undertaken between Vodacom and myself. If i refuse to pay the bill on this particular phone number, ALL my phone and data contacts are immediately suspended.

So, Vodacom is in fact ******ing money for me for a service that i do not receive.

The standard practise at Vodacom is to pass the customer from one deprtment to another, spend more that 2 to 3 hours on the phone and if the customer still has not given up, Vodacom just ends the call.

Trying to cancel the specific contact is not a solution as Vodacom demand a cancellation fee, even though they are in breach of the contract.
