Pathetic / Impossible Service

Why is it impossible to get any kind of service from Vodacom ? Every single time calling in the accounts department, the attitude is disgusting, pathetic and couldn't actually give a flying **** about their customers.<br> <br> It takes almost an hour and constantly keep in cut off or passing to another enthusiastic operator.<br> <br> Vodacom is without s doubt the worst cell phone provider worldwide.
