Pathetic Horrible Service at Vodacom Repairs

I have booked my iPhone in for repair at Vodacom repairs Sandton City on 04 January 2021 with 2-3 days waiting period, home button was no longer working properly. Today is the 20 January 16 Days latter I have not yet received my device. I have made several call to store including visiting the store each an every consultant just tell me they have ordered replacement, waiting for stock without without telling me exact date which they will be receiving my stock, they tell me to wait as if I'm waiting for Jesus

on Friday 15 January one of Vodacom repairs consultant told me the are sending email to head office if they respond then they will call me to give me update I never receive update on Sunday 17 January I was at Sandon and decided to check the status in person the repair consultant on duties sad he does not have information for orders he can only see that the order was placed

Today 20 January I called Vodacom repair Sandton store a rude female consultant answered the phone she kept telling me the same story that they are waiting for stock I aske for specific date she said she is going to send email to Vodacom head office if they respond then she will be able to give feedback

the service received s pathetic and horrible I'm sent form pillar to post for my device
