Pathetic
Pathetic customer service last week a consultant from Vodacom called about a phone that will be delivered on Friday which I followed up on Tuesday and the lady I spoke to asked me to send my documents which I did. This morning I have been calling since morning I am not getting anyone i then opened the online chat the agent I am speaking to Shalane is not answering any questions that I am asking. They do not know how to treat customers
