Pathetic Excuse of a Network and service.

This is the most Pathetic Institution ever with *********** staff only concerned with your agreement without explaining the terms of the contract upfront. When you ask for the recording no one comes back to you. I wanted to go back to the initial contract and agreement I had signed up for since the data plan I was on didn't serve any difference in my data needs.I took out the contract with an upgrade on July of 2017,on 5th December 2019 I was contacted that Vodacom had a promo that didn't constitute any breach or effect to my original contract. All i needed to do was agree to up my contract from 5 Gigs and 10gigs per month.I agreed ,but the data as per usual kept on disappearing.I the contacted Vodacom last week on the 6th of March 2019 to downgrade to my initial agreement of 5gigs. I was taken from pilar to post for at least an hour of my time on the phone. An agent took down my details and promised me that they will contact me with my recording as they could not adhere to my request because the agreement I agreed to upgrade to on December 2019 was still within the 3 month period that I had chnaged to upgrade to 10gigs and could not adhere to my request. to date,no one has come back to despite the agents promise, needless to say that I am even prepared to lose R 12 000 just so that i can get out of this joke of a network.I am considering my options going foward as this useless Network is only concerned with your money but without any service. This Network once used to be reliable and trusted and now has turned into white monopoly Capital only interested in my money with a product that doesn't meet my needs. Not because of not being enough but because of them even *****ing your DATA. Vodacom is *******.I will never ,ever use their Network.
