Pathetic excuse for a business vodacom

I'm shocked that Vodacom is allowed to operate as a business. The most pathetic service that I have ever experienced.

Terrible network, I don't receive most calls, I can't make calls most of the time, even when a call comes through I cannot hear anything, I can't use the internet unless I'm in a certain room, consultants call and hang up, I receive useless automated messages, consultants refuse to assist with cancelations because of a specific time of the month to make it as difficult as possible to remove this useless service provider as well as countless other problems.

Such disgusting service regardless of location.

Call me regarding cancelation and nothing else.
