Pathetic!!!!!!!!

Do not start a contract at vodacom! Worst company ever! They cannot even run their own admin nonetheless help you cancel a contract when it has expired!! I phoned 4 times to get a data contract cancelled when it has EXPIRED without success!! Still they bill me! Pathetic! When i phoned in before expiry to get a quote to cancel the contract earlier they were not able to create one! More than once!!! And i just have to keep on paying for the patheticness. Im over it!!

Lesson learned: you do not do business woth vodacom.

I will probably never get a refund also, if they werent and still are not able to simply stop a contract that has expired.
