Pathetic delivery service

I have called through multiple times regarding scheduling my delivery from vodacom before 1pm today. I've had an issue yesterday which nobody informed me that I have to be there to pick up my parcel because I've given my fiancé my ID document to collect the parcel so I had to reschedule my delivery and address. Upon calling multiple times yesterday to reschedule delivery, I was told that it will be delivered to me today. I've called through today to inform them that I need it delivered before 1pm and the consultant told me they will send through communication to the driver. I've called through and 2pm and consultant cut the call. I've called through at around 2:20 and the consultant told me to hold on as she will check with the driver. Upon holding on for over 10 minutes, the call cut again. Now I've called through and they told me that the driver is not in my area and they cannot do anything about it This is absolutely pathetic service and poor communication. I've informed them greatest that I do not be at a single location all day due to my work. Vodacom should not be sending parcels with RAM
