Pathetic Data services follow up and customer care

I am a customer of 21 years with Vodacom and have renewed my contract again recently in April with no change to my account. I have 2 cell phones linked to this account and I pay +- R2100 each month. After signing the May amount deducted from my account was R 5000 and the June amount deducted was R 3500 off my debit order and I have not been able to recover this albeit I have the following to Data dispute ref numbers :
1- ********** 8571
1- ********** 4
I have also received an email from Vodacom on 17 August @ 9:36 to my private email address ********** to confirm that on I ********** there is a valid dispute with the details of that dispute. I was asked to pay R 2000 and the 25 Aug and R 2000 between the 1st and the 7th Sep to keep my account active which I have done and yet my line was cut off . When I worked through the frustration of the electronic complaints system I reached someone who offered that my line will be re-activated in 24 hrs. I received the confirmation of payment from Vodacom via SMS more than 12 hrs ago and I still do not have the R8500 taken from my account 4 month later. Vodacom is at fault in this instance and I feel powerless and frustrated. Is this how you treat a customer of 21 years ....my name is Dave Talbot and my useless number is ********** ....DO SOMETHING TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE or I will offer your case to Cell C or MTN to use as a reason to change ship.
