PATHETIC

December I took out a new line contract with Vodacom. It was the worst experience I've ever had. Their staff misspelled my delivery address and provided their courier Ram with a contact number that does not belong to me. It was so stressful that I promised myself never to upgrade or take out a new line with them again. Last week I broke that promise thinking that this time will be different. This time I'll speak to someone competent. They cannot make the same mistake twice right? WRONG!! Literally the same issue I encountered in December I am going through right now. RAM is given details by Vodacom that isnt mine, isn't this a data breach? I am missing my delivery AGAIN because of incompetence. What is supposed to be an exciting time for me has turned into a complete nightmare. I called Vodacom this morning after I made my discovery, spoke to a Jared who rudely put me back in the queue without saying a thing! I called again and spoke to someone else who didn't take ownership of my query and instead said the person that initially arranged my delivery is currently on a call with a customer but will call me back soon as the line drops. Can you guess?? No call... I regret every decision I've made with Vodacom because its always been terrible journey and extremely bad customer service. I've been with them for about 3 years now and I don't see myself going for a fourth. Absolutely pathetic!
