pathetic
i get from hauwei and come with no charger. Till today till today no called nothing solved i get phone's with no charger but quick to debit your account i email compliants and shameel. Still no call not from 1 manager It over 2 weeks i know im penny in ocean. But is this service. I will put stop order and feel free to take me to court i had enough of pathetic service. I will take loan out just cancel this ****

21 Jun 2022, 07:54Still no call. yesterday i spoke to 3 agent Samuel, Magret and Mamsie all to email Reginald and to cc me as proof till today no assistance. this how 20 years of faithfulness this how you get treated as *******, as long vodacom get money they dont care. took their debit order yesterday watch me reverse it.
