Pathetic customer services

Good morning please I would really like my line *** sorted. I am greatly disappointed that I constantly have to go to Hellopeter and that Vodacom does not care about the customers or customer services. All the response one gets from the Vodacom Hellopeter Team is that we have escalated your complaint but no follow is done to sort it out.

Hellopeter is there no way this could be escalated to one of Executives or does Vodacom not care anymore about their clientele. Is any of these bad reviews from me and other clients ever brought to their attention or is it that they look at ur profile and decide oh u not important enough to make a fuss of.
