Pathetic customer services

So sad an disappointed with the services of Vodacom chatsworth centre. Have 3 contracts with them an the staff are ****s an *********. Tried calling no answer. Gave my phone in to be repaired as it was still not sorted out for the second time to only for me to call the repair centre an to say nothing has been done as they waiting for proof of purchase from the store. What ****s. Gosh disgusting.
