Pathetic customer service yet again !!!

Really poor service from this vodacom. Took an iPhone to the vodacom shop in Secunda for an insurance repair claim. The consultant advised that i need to remove the device from the iCloud account when we get home. Device was sent to Nelspruit vodashop. Following up with Nelspruit, they informed me that the phone also has to be removed from the "find my iPhone" setting on the account. Which we've done, and the Nelspruit branch confirmed that everything is fine and the device would be sent back to Secunda to conclude the claim process. This morning, Secunda shop informs met that they need to send the device back to Nelspruit for the report to be drafted because of the "Find my iPhone" function that was not removed (even though i am able to do this remotely). One week passed and no progress made what so ever! Really frustrating!!
