Pathetic customer service - No feedback provided as promised.
I logged the below issue on the 4 JANUARY 2017 and have received no feedback from Vodacom to date, 25 DAYS.
I strongly recommend that you do not do business with Vodcom. Their customer service and ability to help a customer does not exist. After spending hours on the phone with Vodacom you get pushed from pillar to pillar with no resolution to your issues and no one is prepared to take ownership and resolve the customer's issues. I bunch of *********** staff. Stay away from Vodacom.
