Pathetic customer service/ No accontability

Rewardsco is a bunchof ****** ******* and ****s. They upgraded a Vodacom contract without my consent. Vodacom would not allow me to cancel it before the term ended. For 2 years these ******* have been *****ing my money and no oneis taking accountability. Ive been sent from pillar to post, ive asked for the recording where I allegedly agreed to the upgrade and they cant provide it. I never received an email either confirming the upgrade. Rewardsco had theee worst service Vodacom is useless and have no care for their customers. I will take further, you dont ***** my hard earned money and lie about it.
