Pathetic customer service - I regret doing business with them

I have called in multiple times to receive feedback on the ********** activity on my account. Each time time I ask to speak to a manager, I am promised a call back and it never happens. It has been two weeks since an online purchase was approved by Vodacom without confirming my details and Vodacom does not want to provide me with feedback. Pathetic customer service. I regret doing business with them.
