Pathetic customer service from Vodacom as usual

<p>Vodacom had recycled my number which has been rica'd with me details, without informing me. I had transferred airtime to that number however I can not be refunded for it. I had called customer services where a rude lady by the name of Ntombi said that no one would be able to assist me nor did she want to escalate this matter. She then refered me to an assistant manager who was also very rude about this and also said that there is no way of assisting me, they both had mentioned calling the person back for the money and reading the starter pack when I had received it. The also said that rica is for the government and not them so it doesn't matter. I am really disappointed with their disgusting service and unprofessionalism. I am truly considering canceling my contracts with Vodacom and finding a better service provider. Vodacom has gone to the dogs...with rude and pathetic people working there!!</p>
