Pathetic customer service from Vodacom.

I'm a vodacom red advantage customer and have been for probably the last 8 years or so. As such, I am meant to get superior customer service. This is not the case. I have just waited 31 minutes and 34 seconds to speak to a consultant. This is totally unacceptable. I pity anybody who isn't a red advantage customer.
