Pathetic Customer Service & Etiquette

It has been 4 days since we inquired about FTTH service, I decided to followup via a call, the rude and unprofessional agent mentioned that the fiber leads email address has been down for the past 3 days and it will be resolved tomorrow. Is this their way of resolving matters and getting the person to shut up so that they can pass time and not give a damn about actual customer service? Different story if the individual was helpful and concerned.

Most importantly!! How on earth should a "POTENTIAL" customer know whether the application was received and the status thereof, furthermore i'm 90% convinced that the call center agents are extremely lazy or just dumb. I'm in IT and there is no possible way for your leads email to be down, I've conducted checks on the email address and it shows that its fully capable of receiving inbound leads or "emails".

Man, I am beyond ****ed because Vodacom is now unfortunately the only way I can get fiber in and to make matters worse I rely on a solid internet connection at home due to my work.

Not sure what to do :(

This has not been resolved, how? someone called and then said someone else will contact me regarding the sale of fiber. IT has been more than a month now and still no one has helped.
