Pathetic customer service

I have a modem that I use for my internet, and it hasn't been connecting to the internet for days. The whole of last week I have been calling the call centre with no luck, so I went to cresta branch for further assistance. It was such a shocked in regards to the service I got from the staff, I was told that the technician said there is something wrong with my modem, then I was told there is nothing wrong with the sim, then I was told the problem is with the sim and I need to buy a new sim.

I then decided to buy another sim and data and put it in the modem that I was told "something is broken inside", there was nothing wrong with the modem and the sim card, I came back fumming with anger and frustration, I demanded that someone assist me and tell me exactly what is going on. One of the staff kept on telling about the way I take out the sim from my modem that it's not right, I will destroy it, I then lost it and told him that has got flippin nothing to do with why the modem is not connecting, what I want is for them to tell me what is going on in regards to the modem not connecting to the internet and why am I being told different things. A patient, friendly lady then assisted me and told me it was the network, she doesn't see anything else because it connected for a while there. When I got home it was still not connecting. Cresta branch are the worst people to deal with, they don't have any understanding of the customers frustration seeing that the network issue was not my fault. Was it so difficult for them to be patient and check what could be the problem? Clearly they didn't care. I would assume they should know all the things to try if there is a problem with network, but clearly I was wrong...that's pure incompetency and/or lazyness. That was the most horrible, pathetic, unprofessional service I have ever seen. I am still shocked. No wonder most people are now going for rain data sim cards. What I can say is Vodacom is paying people that are not worthy to be there and to be paid....like seriously.
