Pathetic customer service
Online chat service is pathetic I chatted twice to 2 agents nkosi and thabile they took over 10min to reply giving vague responses and both chats resulted as ended with no help what so ever I was looking for contracts for our business for an iPhone 12 definitely won't bother looking back thanks for the worst customer experience
