Pathetic customer service

I wrote a review about Vodacom online cancelling my order , last week after writing a review I got a call from Vodacom saying they have reinstated my order ,I will get the devise on the 3rd of April latest will be Thursday the 11th of April , just now as I got another call to say they, would like me to start all over again , the order has been CANCELLED again , what is going on with Vodacom online , their service is really pathetic , the order has been pending from 20th of March , after a day I get a call to start the process all over again , because their system has cancelled the order ,
