Pathetic customer service

Worst customer service ever I was debited over my initial amount on the 20/06/2023 ever since I have been trying to phone them when speaking to a consultant all they say is we will escalated and phone back today is the 24/07/2023 nothing is resolved no call back nothing no money refunded but it is almost time to debit again if I do not get a call back today and my money back today I will not pay you this month and wait for you to phone me for your money seeing that I have been waiting for over a month for my refund or even a call to update me on the progress of my query.
