PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

What a pathetic experience I have had with this service provider. They came to my place on the 17th of August to do my fibre installation. It is the 31st today and my line is still not active. During the course of 2 weeks I have been the one making numerous calls following up with nothing but empty promises from their consultants!! Yesterday I called logging a formal complaint and I was told that all the managers are in a meeting currently but a manager will call me back within an hour. I even asked the consultant to email me the reference to the call because I knew they were just telling me lies as usual. Guess what? No call!!!! I called again this morning and now I am being told about something that could take up to 4 weeks!! I demanded to speak to a manager and the consultant connected me with a team leader by the name Phumzile Befile who I had to explain myself to all over again and has now promised to be in contact with me during the course of the day. To say that I am disgusted by the level of customer service provided by Vodacom is an understatement. If anybody has ever considered using Vodacom for fibre or anything for that matter please do yourselves a favour and DON’T!!!!
