Pathetic customer service

I phoned Vodacom about 2 weeks back. I saw they added WhatsApp bundle on my one data card. This card is in my tablet that I bought a year back and might have switched on twice so far. I did not request the WhatsApp bundle. This was added by Vodacom themselves without my permission. I tried to get through to a consultant but was “helped” by the robot. That cut me off and then send me an sms. From there I had to communicate with the robot that asked questions that did not had anything to do with my query. I eventually was told that a human will have to call me back. My phoned rang and I answered, only to find there is no one on the other side of the line. I called Vodacom again and managed to get to another department that had to do with sales. I spoke to a lady and explained the issues I just had with their useless robot. She apologised and I went through the whole question and answer episode again. The lady said all is sorted she managed to cancel the WhatsApp bundle. I was very happy and then I received my account just before month end, needless to say, the WhatsApp bundle was not cancelled. Is this the service Vodacom is giving to their clients, and I am with Vodacom for decades now. First you need to waist time with a useless robot and the with useless staff. Or is this a new way of making money from clients to just add products to your account an then make sure that you need to spend hours on the phone to get it cancelled? Just think if they do it to a few thousand clients, how much money they make. I want the WhatsApp bundle cancelled and my money refunded from the time this bundle was added. This is on 2GB Data TopUp Plan on account N***-4
