Pathetic Customer Service

Vodacom's customer service is pathetic and they don't respond when they made errors and the they want me to pay the huge bill. I have seven contracts with Vodacom and with one 3G line they messed up and then want me to pay a bill of R4 830

I have been struggling to get response via e-mail (calling the them does not help) from them. I have requested migration of my 3G Data account to a top-up account on 4 May 2016 and then enquired on 27 December why this has not been done when I went online into my account. They said they going to investigate. They did get my signed migration documents because another number that I also migrated was e-mail in one e-mail to Vodacom. The other number was actioned. End of January I again went into my on-line bill, still no changes and suddenly a bill January 2017 for the number in question of R4 830. This is rediculous and ****************. I will not pay this bill and wont accept them suspending my other lines because of this dispute. End of JAnuary they came back to say they looking into this matter and when I followed up again on 6 February they still looking. How long do they want to look as it is clearly a vodacom error. They do not respond in 72 hours as they say they will. Short summary:
1. I e-mailed the signed migration form on 4 May 2016 for this number together with other cell number migrations which was activated, but not this number;
2. On 27 December 2016 I enquired why it still does not show this number as a top-up account on the website;
3. On 29 December 2016 one of their staff informed me that she will have to escalate this matter;
4. On 29 January 2017 I asked for response - ZERO RESPONSE
5. I am not going to pay the R4 830, only the normal subscription around R200.

I will not open or upgrade a contract with Vodacom again.
