Pathetic Customer Service

I am without any doubt, that once again I can confirm that the customer care and customer services within Vodacom are most pathetic that I have ever come across, as it does not exist at all. It seems their staff’s motto is to have a no bother attitude towards their customers, Oh! So what!!!! A big lack of service excellence!! It is as if there are no self-pride in their work. It seems that the staff do not give a damn what type of image they depict about their company to their clients, as long as their salaries are being paid into the bank at the end of each month, that is all that matters!! But who ensures that there is a salary, the CUSTOMER, without their CUSTOMERS Vodacom is NOTHING!!

Even within Vodacom, from one department to the other, there is a lack of communication, no prompt work ethic, they can wait / they can handle the problem themself and or resolve it whenever!!! They do not respond at all, to internal or external e-mails. They just do not care about their clients at all, do not follow up on outstanding matters, do not answer and or give feedback at all on an outstanding matter, dispute or request!!!!

Yesterday I have sent two emails, to seven people within Vodacom, of which some of the receivers are in senior and managerial positions. These mails were also sent to the division that handles HelloPeter.com matters. Five recipients indicated that they have read the e-mails. None of these five recipients or even the other two who have not indicated they have read it, responded to these e-mails and or attempted to answered it, notwithstanding that I have set an ultimatum and asked for feedback before the end of the working day. Now, after more than 24 hours later I still not received any response yet, despite that this case was reported on the 13th January 2017 and therefore waiting for almost four weeks for any feedbac**** Maybe they consider prompt service to be only after three to six months, because it seems to me that is their standard turnaround time to respond or resolve a matter!!

I can honestly not complain about Vodacom's customer service, because there is absolutely no service!!!

Vodacom reply: "Kindly be advised that a consultant will make contact with you in due course to assist with your query." How long is due course? Maybe the same as; how long is a piece of string?

It is more than three days later and received no call!!!! Does this just further confirm the type of service you can expect for Vodacom??????
