Pathetic customer service

I have this business router and it stopped working in Novemebr last year. Ive been to the store 3 times and phoned in as well but no help in sorting out this router. This is the chatsworth centre store. My last call was 3 weeks back and Delwyn told me to bring the router in. I took it in last before week and the staff said I must keep the router with me and someone will call. Its the second week going and Im 3 months without this router. The monies should be refunded and this router sorted out
