Pathetic customer service

<p>I was out of the country for 2 months and my line was disconnected shortly after my return.I called the customer care centre the first time it happened and all they did was increase my limit then I was reconnected only for that day. I've since called the call centre every morning only to get the same quick fix everyday. Mind you, I haven't even reached my monthly limit.I spent more than 2 hours on the phone on Sunday the 11th trying to get a permanent solution for my problems as I was now frustrated and annoyed with this routine. I was tossed back and forth between the call centre and the technical department and eventually my limit was increased again and a call was logged . The agents seem to have no clue on how their system works,the technical person was just as useless. No one could tell what the cause of my problem was,.</p> <p>I called again on Monday morning,this time they were not picking up my calls so I requested a call back. They called back but couldn't even unlock temporarily as they always did. I was told to wait for at least 24 hours before my issue can be resolved. Its Tuesday today and after 24 hours they have not attended to my request.I use this phone for business and cannot afford to be disconnected even for an hour. This kind of service is both pathetic and unacceptable.</p>
