Pathetic customer service.
I HAVE MADE A COMPLAINT AGAINST VODACOM ON HELLOPETER.COM AND THEY DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO CALL ME BACK. VODACOM SERVICE HAS GONE FROM HERO TO ZERO IN JUST TWO YEARS. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
