Pathetic Customer Service
I want to change two contracts from one account to another account. The first time I was at Menlyn Vodashop and the second, third and fourth time I was at Kolonade Vodashop to assist me with the contracts. I finally submitted the documents on Sunday the 26th of February 2023. I was phoned by a person named Tim from Vodashop Kolonade on 28 of February 2023 just to tell me they can't assist me. Is there any MTN Shop that is willing to assist me?
