Pathetic customer service

Most Disgusting customer service ever. Logged a query almost a month ago (10th July to be exact) my query is still not resolved.

They advertised a deal, when I went to apply for the deal they told me because there is stock they cant do the deal. The next day they told me the stock has arrived but they cant honor the deal cause the deal has expired.

Its 5 days to 1 month exactly and um still been taken for a fool.
