Pathetic customer service

I went into the Vodacom store in Eastrand mall. I asked the lady at the door to show me to a technitian. Upon my arrival at the desk of the technician, he had his cellphone i his hand, busy playing games. He looked up and said " hello, i will help you now, let me first just drive away from the ****** and shoot them. He still played his game for almost a miute while i was standing right infront of him. Then when he finally put his phone down to assist me, he kept on paying attention to what was happening on the game on his phone as he left his phone open in the game. The whole time that he was talking to me, he kept on looking at his phone. Then he gave my phone back, said sorry i dont know how to help yu and he took his phone and carried on playing games. This is pathetic customer service, i have never experienced anything like that. Technician name is Shahied, or Shahid.
