Pathetic customer service !

This is the second review I give Vodacom online within a period of less than a month! The customer service I have experienced is actually extremely horrific. Everytime a follow up is done, a different answer is given, almost as if its just said to shut you up and get you out of the way! I am really disappointed and disgusted in what your customer service has become as a supposed leading Network provider. Your clients circumstances are not taken into consideration or handled with courtesy. I strongly suggest Vodacom sits back and take a serious look into the service offered to clients. its quite senseless aiming/being a leading network service provide when you offer pathetic service. THE CONTINUAITY AND SUCCESS OF A BUSINESS LAYS WITH ITS SATISFACTION OF YOUR CLIENTS.
